The majority of our puppies are priced when they are 8 weeks of age. They are generally shipped when they are 10 to 12 weeks of age. We will hold your selection for 48 hours for you to get the money to us. We accept cashiers checks and money orders for payment. Sorry , NO personal check please. On foreign shipments, we will also accept Western Union and a bank transfer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your puppy then please return it for a refund excluding shipping and health certificate. There is a servcice charge of $100 on returned puppies or grown dogs. We have to cover our expenses because it is a a lot of trouble shipping dogs. We rarely have a puppy returned because we try to give a thorough and honest evaluation of each puppy sold.

DEPOSITS
The majority of our better puppies are sold to people that have already placed a deposit for a puppy. Deposit is $500. If you are sure you want to buy a Lenette puppy, then this is what we would recommend. PLEASE REMEMBER HOWEVER THAT THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Be sure you want one of our puppies and are willing to wait anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
You put a deposit on the category you would like. For instance, a show prospect male, show prospect female (4 - 5 lbs), brood female (5-7 lbs), pet male or pet female, etc. If you were to change your category, then you would lose your place in line and will go to the bottom of the new list.
When you are on the top of the list, you will get picking choice of anything we offer in your category. You wait until you find the puppy of your choice, so that means you do not have to buy the first pup offered. You will remain on the top of the list until you get your puppy.
We will notify you when we receive your deposit and tell you where you are on the list. You may send a personal check for a deposit. We would advise that you call and talk to us before sending in a deposit. You will need to send your name, address, phone #, and email address. Please also send the name of the airport if puppy is to be shipped.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS
We are now doing some foreign shipments into countries that do not require a tremendous amount of paper work. Some countries are just too hard to ship into so we do not sell to those countries.
When buying a 10 week old pup from us, please check your country and see if a puppy can be shipped without a rabies shot. Some allow this and others do not. If your country requires rabies shots on young puppies then we cannot sell to you unless you hire someone to grow on the puppy until it is old enough to get a rabies shot and then wait the 30 days. Here in North Carolina, you can't have them vaccinated against rabies until they are 4 months of age then the 30 day waiting period. Some states will allow a puppy at 3 months to get a rabies vaccine.
In some cases there is a need of a forwarding agent to be hired in the town where the shipment will leave this country. This you will have to do yourself. We might be able to help in locating someone. If someone is required to grow on the puppy for a few months, this will also be your responsibilty to hire this person.
On occasion, we do offer older puppies and grown poms. Check our website to see what is available. On occasion, we also offer champions. These will already have been vaccinated for rabies plus all other shots including Bordetella.
We will try our best to please you and give you an honest evaluation of your pom you purchased but because of all the paper work and customs involved we cannot accept dogs being returned to us. I don't think we have ever had a disatisfied foreign customer.
